As part of the Lucija apartment, there are 1-room and 2-room apartments with a heated swimming pool and a sundeck with a wonderful view of the sea, the Velebit mountain and the whole of Novigrad. Each apartment includes its own balcony with a view of the sea. Guests also have at their disposal a closed fireplace with barbecue equipment and a covered terrace where they can enjoy an outdoor meal at the viewpoint.
